United Loss Appraisers is a joint-venture between two industry-leading firms, Empire Estimators, and Manhattan Public Adjustment.
Who we help
United Loss Appraisers helps homeowners, condo/co-op owners or boards, property managers, or privately held businesses primarily in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeastern regions of the United States that have sustained water or fire damage, have a dispute with their insurance company regarding the amount of the loss, and want to resolve their claim without costly and time-consuming litigation.

We help these policyholders resolve their insurance claims through a common policy provision, the “Appraisal Clause,” which provides a way to resolve loss value disputes without protracted and costly litigation.
